Charles Dickens: The Life of our Lord

Recently I have been reading a book called ‘The Life of Our Lord’ by Charles Dickens.

The book itself was written by Dickens for his children between 1846-1849. Dickens is said to have had no intention of publishing the book.

However, in 1934 the book was first published, yet today, this book is not as popular with people as it should be.

However, although the book has simple and sweet flavour to it, it is not without its secondary theological and historical errors, but its simple faith, so often lacking today is apparent and acts as a somewhat breath of fresh air.

I would certainly recommend that if you have not read this book, give it a try and let me know what you think.
